My friend gave me a 2nd AMPLIFI router, and I would like to set it up as an additional wireless mesh device. I can’t work out how to do it. I read a post that all you need to do is connect to the 2nd router and “set up as a mesh device” - but can’t find any setting. It won’t be connected via Ethernet only wireless.

Well again if one router is Wireless and other is Non-Wireless than also this process can be completed easily. Now you do not need identical routers to connect them together, so both the routers can be of different brand and model. You just need basic LAN Cable and two routers to do this process.

With multiple extenders, you’d need to ensure that all can use multiple non-overlapping channels to avoid cutting your throughput.
