To set up repeater in WDS mode, first, ensure your main router supports WDS. Click Repeater tab in Internet Settings, the router will search for the available Wi-Fi networks automatically. Then, choose a SSID and enter its password. Choose WDS in mode and you can enter the LAN IP which will be used to access this router. A WiFi Repeater effectively contains two wireless routers, similar to the wireless router you already have in your home or office. One of these wireless routers picks up the existing WiFi network. It then transfers the signal to the other wireless router, which transmits the boosted signal.
