Microsoft is investigating a known issue where Windows 10 2004 customers might see "No Internet access" tray indicators even though their devices are connected to the Internet.
Connecting from my work laptop, which is Windows 7. Set it up and everything worked fine for a week and a half. I had no problems connecting or accessing the internet from my laptop. It worked fine Monday morning. Monday afternoon my laptop started giving me the warning message "No Internet Access" when connecting to the phone's hotspot. I could connect to the repeater, but it said no internet access, while at the same time my other computer (Mac) could access the internet via that same repeater. Anyway, I restarted holding F8, and now it works just fine. I have windows 8 on an old HP laptop 6910p. After I initially installed Windows 8 internet access was fine. Now for some reason when I connect my laptop wired or wirelessly to my router I do not get an IP address assigned from DHCP and therefore no internet access even though the machine is connected to the router. My laptop can connect to the wifi but doesn't have internet access. It has this yellow triangle sign on the wifi sign. I've had this problem for a week and it keeps coming up. It'll be fixed at one point then the following day the problem resurfaces. Almost tried any possible solution. Sometimes a solution would work but next time it won't.

When i connect to the wifi it reads as connected but i cannot access the internet. I've tried multiple browsers. All my other devices seem to work fine. I would normally just ignore this and move on, but outlook (2013 and 2016) will not connect and go offline. these are static IP machines and can ping them with no problem.
